  1. 1. Consultation

    We consult to understand your business goals, your talent strategy to support these goals, values, and the key attributes you seek in sales talent.

  2. 2. Candidate Qualification

    Prior to introducing any Athlete to your organisation, all go through a minimum two stage process to maximise alignment on drivers, competence, and values. Telephone screening is used to understand key career motivations, introduction of typical career paths in tech sales/business development, and what’s involved in these roles. This is followed by an in person or video meeting to assess competencies and skills related to success in a sales career, and accompanied by thorough reference checking.

  3. 3. Interview Facilitation and Placement

    We support with all stages of the process from interviews-offer management-onboarding.

  4. 4. Post Placement Athlete Mentoring

    All Athletes we place will receive ongoing mentoring from Athlete Origin to ensure a successful transition into your organisation.
