  1. 1. Athlete Career Consultation

    Our introductory meeting is a free career consultation where we explore each Athlete’s situation and key career drivers. We also introduce our company and service, typical career paths we facilitate and what’s involved in these careers. Following this, we share various resources and educational materials, including general CV support and guidance.

  2. 2. Opportunity Identification

    We work closely with a network of companies across the UK and internationally who offer challenging and progressive careers, which enable our Athletes to achieve success in an exciting new field.

  3. 3. Interview facilitation and Preparation

    We understand Athletes may not be the most experienced in the commercial sector. Each Athlete that we support receives bespoke individual coaching through each stage of their job seeking process and career journey ahead.

  4. 4. Post Placement Mentoring and Support

    After securing a role, we support Athletes through onboarding process and beyond. We understand that any new job/career change can be challenging, we’ve been there! Each Athlete we place gets assigned a mentor from the Athlete Origin team, plus mentorship opportunities from other Ex-Athletes in our alumni network who are successful in their fields. We hope to be a career partner for many years to come.

  5. 5. Career Focused Group Sessions: Virtual or In-Person

    We provide workshops to enable groups of Athletes to better understand how to use their attributes to their advantage in creating a progressive and rewarding career beyond sport.
