We have relationships with a diverse and expanding range of companies – from innovative tech start-ups seeking talent to accelerate their business, to multi-national organisations with a huge range of opportunities globally. Our service is completely free to Athletes, so get in touch!
Our introductory meeting is a free career consultation where we explore your situation and key career drivers. We also introduce our company and service, typical career paths we facilitate and what’s involved in these careers. Following this, we share various resources and educational materials, including general CV support and guidance.
If/when applicable, we explore in more depth the competencies and skills required to succeed in the careers we facilitate. We’ll then work with you to set the foundations for identifying opportunities.
This is where we set to work on your behalf: We utilise our network and experience to introduce you to employers, arrange interviews and guide you through the full process of securing a role. Each Athlete we support receives 1-1 personalised interview coaching at this stage.
After securing a role, we support you through your onboarding process and beyond. We understand that any new job/career change can be challenging, we’ve been there! Each Athlete we place gets assigned a mentor from the Athlete Origin team, plus mentorship opportunities from other ex Athletes in our alumni network who are successful in their fields. We hope to be your career partner for many years to come.
